Effective, Monday, October 19, 2020, as a precaution against Coronavirus (COVID-19), all Quoin Financial Bank branch lobby areas will close.  Business will be conducted by appointment only.  This allows us to better ensure best practice social distancing, while still meeting the needs of our customers.  To help our communities overcome this challenge as quickly as possible, please use our Drive-Up Facility, ATMs, Online Banking or Mobile App to access all of our banking services.  If your financial service needs cannot be met through one of these channels, please call your local branch to schedule an appointment.

The health and safety of our customers and employees are top of mind amid the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).  We are here to serve you and want to share information with you about how we continue to operate safely and effectively.

Steps we’re taking

  • We are closely monitoring information from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and federal, state and local agencies to help ensure the actions we’re taking are in line with the latest CDC recommendations and guidance.
  • We have increased cleaning and sanitization efforts in our banks while reinforcing healthy habits for our staff.
  • We will continue to offer all our products and services to our customers.

Steps you can take

  • Follow these everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases, as outlined by the CDC:
    • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.  If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
    • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
    • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
    • Stay home when you are not feeling well.
    • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, then throw the tissue in the trash and wash your hands.
